  • The Cleveland Civic Center is very flexible with retracting walls, which allows for the ballrooms and conference rooms to be configured into different-sized rooms. Every event and every room is custom-designed to meet the customer's needs while staying within the fire marshal regulations.

  • Included in your room rental is a custom-designed room with a complimentary set number of tables and chairs. Additional amenities are available for rent.

  • We accept Visa and MasterCard in person, email, or via the telephone. Personal checks are accepted with a government issued ID. Money orders and cashiers checks are accepted. We no longer accept cash as a form of payment.

  • Alcohol is allowed at events, with specific guidelines in the Policy Manual describing the manner in which alcohol may be used. Security for any alcohol event is mandatory.

  • It takes 10 business days, regardless of payment method.  Refunds will be mailed to the address indicated on the contract by the City of Cleveland Accounting/Finance Department

  • Cancellations and/or other changes made to the contract must be submitted in writing to the Civic Center.  Verbal cancellations will not be eligible for refunds, if due.  The City of Cleveland will maintain 25% of the deposit at the time of the cancellations.  Cancellations less than thirty (30) days prior to the event will not be eligible for refund.
