NOTICE OF JOINT PUBLIC HEARING
CITY OF CLEVELAND, TEXAS
The City Council and the Zoning Commission of the City of Cleveland, Texas will hold a joint public hearing to discuss a change in zoning district from R1 Residential District and MH Manufactured Homes to a PUD-Planned Unit Development and establishing regulations for a planned unit development for property at 600 Easy Street, otherwise known as Joseph Fenner Survey, A-441, Liberty County, Texas Being Lot 8 and part of Lots 4 & 9, Block “N” of Smith’s Addition to the Town of Cleveland (Vol 1, Pg. 19, M.R.L.C.T)
- The public hearing will consider the following item:
Preliminary recommendation from the Zoning Commission and to make a final recommendation and consider final approval and consider adoption of an ordinance for a Planned Unit Development District for property located at 600 Easy Street otherwise known as Joseph Fenner Survey, A-441, Liberty County, Texas Being Lot 8 and part of Lots 4 & 9, Block “N” of Smith’s Addition to the Town of Cleveland (Vol 1, Pg. 19, M.R.L.C.T)
The public hearing will be held on the following date and at the following time and place:

Time of Hearing: 6:00 p.m.
Place of Hearing: City Hall Council Chambers, 907 E. Houston, Cleveland, Texas
All interested citizens are invited to attend and be heard on the proposed change.
