Planning & Development
The City of Cleveland understands that
economic growth and community
development are key ingredients for
business success. Cleveland would like
to establish a reputation in the region
as a community that is progressive in
areas such as planning and community
development. Ordinances such as zoning
and subdivisions help to promote healthy
growth and increase economic viability
for existing and future businesses.
To review the City of Cleveland zoning
ordinance, refer to Chapter 126, or the
subdivisions ordinance, Chapter 106 of
the
Cleveland Municipal code online.
Also
you may download a comprehensive
Development Guide which discusses
the development process in the city of
Cleveland and answers many frequently
asked questions.
