Notice of Public Hearing on Proposed Zone Change - City Council

The Cleveland, Texas City Council will hold a public hearing via telephone and video conference as provided below to discuss an ordinance changing the zoning district from (R1) Single-Family Residential to (R2) Two-Family Residential for certain parcels located in the Glen Park Subdivision and recommended for approval by the Cleveland Zoning Commission.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING - CITY OF CLEVELAND, TEXAS

The Cleveland, Texas City Council will hold a public hearing via telephone and video conference as provided below to discuss an ordinance changing the zoning district from (R1) Single-Family Residential to (R2) Two-Family Residential for certain parcels located in the Glen Park Subdivision and recommended for approval by the Cleveland Zoning Commission.

The public hearing will be held specifically on the following item:

A final report of the Zoning Commission recommending approval and consideration by City Council of an ordinance to rezone the following parcels from zoning district (R1) Single-Family Residential to zoning district (R2) Two-Family Residential for the following parcels location in the Glen Park Subdivision:

All written comments must be submitted prior to the scheduled public hearing.
Verbal comments will be taken during the Public Hearing however citizens are encouraged to submit a written comment in advance of the meeting.

All interested citizens are invited to attend virtually and be heard on the proposed development.
